Default unable to acquire qmail

in my network some one send a huge bulkmail of 50megs for all users in
the network, i tried to stop qmailctl and start it
it gave alot of messages
supervise: fatal: unable to acquire qmail-smtpd/supervise/lock:
temporary failure
supervise: fatal: unable to acquire log/supervise/lock: temporary
failure
supervise: fatal: unable to acquire qmail-send/supervise/lock:
temporary failure
supervise: fatal: unable to acquire log/supervise/lock: temporary

temporary failure
supervise: fatal: unable to acquire log/supervise/lock: temporary

You did "qmailctl stop" followed by "qmailctl start" and got the
following errors?

Do:

sh -x /usr/sbin/qmailctl stop
ps -ef | grep qmail

If you see anything but supervise, multilog, and grep, qmail isn't
stopped yet. If you see qmail-remote processes, you can kill them to
speed up the exiting of qmail-send.

Once qmail is stopped, clean up the huge e-mail using qmhandle
(link on qmail.org).

Then restart qmail:

sh -x /usr/sbin/qmailctl start

If you have any trouble, post the output of the above commands.

I did a complete reboot (shutdown -r now) for the FreeBSD server
The system was suffering a big lag ,,,, qmail runnig with problem

now I want to clean all junks/spam in qmail buffer....
can you point me out how to do it with qmhandle

To do it use qmHandle or qmqtool.
