Default Qmail SMTP won't allow port 25 connect from hosts

I had it all working.. Was able to telnet from a couple hosts and run
some tests.

Now it will onlyl accept telnet to prot 25 from itself (localhost)

I've checked netstat -l and it shows bound to *.*
I've turned off all iptables.
Not sure where to check from here.

# cat /etc/tcp.smtp
..
..
..
:allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"

# qmailctl cdb

I'll give that a try.. What does it do different? other than use the pl
script rather than the cdb?

I don't know :))

I just asked:

- are You sure to rebuild the cdb file ?

- ate You sure tu use directive ":allow...." in the file /etc/tcp.smtp

If there aren't ip tables on, my idea is check above file(s).

what about /var/log/qmail/qmail-smtpd/* ?
