error on qmail-scanner configure

Hi again,

I just install the new qmail box with OS FreeBSD 4.10 with qmail-scanner.

Qmail installation just find, but qmail-scanner installation having problem.
On ./configure command from the source directory, there is an error message :

Whoa - broken perl install found.
Cannot even run a simple script setuid

Installation of Qmail-Scanner FAILED

Error was:
Checking for setuid nature of perl install

The suidperl already install
# ls -l /usr/bin/suidperl
-rws--x--x 3 root wheel 50816 Jul 24 17:09 /usr/bin/suidperl
#

How to solve this problem ?

Any advices will be appriciated.
