Is it possible to get .qmail to first put the mail in the users mailbox
and then after this is done then execute a script.

Sure:

../Maildir/
|/path/to/script

Probably not, but is it possible to have ./Maildir/ for some users and
../Mailbox for some others in .qmail on the same machine?
