Help! - Readproctile server errors

I am a relative newbie to qmail, but I am trying to set up a basic system on
RH9. For some reason I can't receive emails from anyone and I am not sure
why.

I noticed while doing ps -ef this entry:

root 2296 2290 0 13:02 ? 00:00:00 readproctitle service
errors: ...using: permission denied?multilog: warning:

That's all I get, I am not sure if there is more to that message and it is
being truncated (as the above message ends where my terminal window does).
I assumed that it would be logged somewhere and that I could read it
(regardless of my terminal window size).

I checked all the logs I could think of and they are either empty, or make
no mention of the error:

/var/log/maillog (empty - 0 bytes)
/var/log/qmail/current (empty - 0 bytes)
/var/log/qmail/smtpd/current (empty - 0 bytes)

/var/log/messages (normal system messages, no mention of anything with
qmail or readproctile)

I noticed a /var/log/mailman directory but have no idea what that is for.
It contains a file named "error", but its contents doesn't contain any error
messages (the entries in there are dated like a month ago).

Can anyone help me figure out what this means?
