domain literals - qmail!

hello!

i got qmail latest on my mailserver-box. today i made an relaycheck
with abuse.net. test 1-5 was fine - relaying is blocked. BUT test 6
was "positiv". sure, u cant use the mailserver as relay but other
mailserver with exim or microsoft coming till test 16 without any
result.

how can i restict qmail further to fullfill all 16 test without
result!
i did a lot of search but couldnt find anything.
