Block some attachments

Hello everybody, I've got some problems with Qmail (or myself).

How could I setup Qmail to block only some types of attachments, like
mp3, mpeg, etc ?

Most users are using Outlook Express as mail client, and he encodes
entire message.
Also, they can set to split mails bigger then etc. 2MB, so size limit
on server is practically not working. How could i set this up?

And one more question: can I somehow copy all Qmail settings and files
from production server to test server, and then back?

You could modify the signatures that come with
http://qmail.mirrors.space.net/qmail...scan-1.2.patch

I need to block outgoing messages with attachments like mp3, avi, mpeg...
