Default unknown local part in sender

Hello everybody,

my server: qmail, vpopmail.
two virtual-domains: basketball.ag and tsvnoerdlingen.de
When sending an eMail from philipp@tsvnoerdlingen.de everything is
fine, but when using philipp@basketball.ag, eMail so some domains are
not accepted.
here's the error-message:

What's wrong???

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at basketball.ag.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Are the domains that are not accepting your email also under your
control on the same machine?

It appears as though the remote machine handling ryska.de's mail gave a
550 response to your MAIL FROM: command as it tried to leave your
server. This is most likely a policy decision of some sort, not a
technical problem.

Contact the postmaster of that domain in a manner that will get your mail
accepted, and inquire about their policy.
