Spammer in Qmail

I have a big problem with an spammer in my qmail server. My servers are
FreeBSD 5.1 and Debian 2.2, and I'm using qmail-1.03 with vpopmail 5.2.1,
tcpserver (ucspi-tcp-0.88). My server was running OK for 2 years, but now
some spammers are using my relay to send e-mails. I don't know where is the
problem. I've qmail-auth patch to check smtp password.

Did you rtfm? Did you google? How should anyone help you without knowing
your configuration details?
Just a guess: Have a look at your qmail-smtpd/run-script and check
whether you use your fqdn after /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd call.
