rblsmtpd running?

Hi,
i have insert in the qmail smtpd invocation the sting contains
rblsmtp:

exec /usr/local/bin/softlimit -m 2000000 \
/usr/local/bin/tcpserver -v -p -x /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb \
-u $QMAILDUID -g $NOFILESGID 0 smtp /usr/local/bin/rblsmtpd -r \
rbl-plus.mail-abuse.org /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd 2>&1

I have made "ps auwx|grep rbl" and i do not obtain some result but the
tcpserver is started and is working:

#ps auwx|grep smtp

How I make knowing if rblsmtpd it works?
