How to reject spam using qmail-scanner + spamassassin ????

I know that qmail-scanner-queue.pl don't reject spam, it just
scan with spanassassin and the e-mail get the X-Spam-Status header
with the diagnose (yes|no).

I'd like to reject spam in the same way it does for virus. Are there
any patch for qmail-scanner to do that ??? I think that should be an
option in qmail-scanner.
