Problem with Binc IMAP and vchkpw

I have things setup but I dont think things are working properly.

If I open port 143 I get
* OK Welcome to Binc IMAP v1.1.8 (c) Copyright 2002, 2003 Andreas Aardal
Hanssen at 2003-07-04T05:53:31-0500

but when I try to login it hangs with no response.
I tried
user robin

and also
A01 LOGIN robin pass

Both get no reponse.

This is my run file. Am I missing someting?
