Default SMTP server too long to reach

Hello,

I launch my SMTP server on a FreeBSD 5.0 with that command :
/usr/local/bin/tcpserver -R -x/var/qmail/control/relays.cdb -u5001
-g5000 0 smtp /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd 2>&1 |
/var/qmail/bin/splogger &

My problem is when you try to connect to smtp server, it responds
after 20 seconds.

So, if I telnet my server and type manually a mail, all rules and the
mail arrive.

But in practical, no mail arrive, the majority ISPs not waiting so
more :(

Any idea ?

P.S. I've installed qmail following the instructions of
Qmail-Vmailmgr-Courier-SquirrelMail Installation Guide -

Sometimes, improper network interface configuration will cause this as well.
Try to reconfigure the network interface and routes. If neccessary, boot it
(sounds ridiculous, but I've experienced this before!)
