did u look at your logs ? (/var/log/qmail in standard configuration). If
there is 97 messages undelivered, there must be a reason, and this is the
best place to find it (some of the recipients may have a uid = 0, etc....).

it is probably better for you and the recipients to find why the mail stay
in the queue, than just delete it.
