qmail + ldap not working

when using auth_pop the qmail lets log on only users that exist in ldap
directory and it works fine
but when i try to log on as local user i get -ERR authorization failed.
when i change auth_pop to checkpassword situation is totally different -
local users work and ldap users don't work.

ldaplocaldelovery has "1" inside so qmail should look further auth
methods after ldap fails.
