altermime and postfix - some problem :(

Hi
I use postfix and altermime.

who use altermime with: <incomin ip>:smtp and <outgoing
ip>:smtp........ - o content_filter=dfilt ?
I have one iterface and one IP.

tachat configurations added disclaimer to all outgoig e-mails to all
outside domains
but
not addet disclaimer to local domain

example:
usera@mydomain send to otheruser@other domain -> disclaimer is added
but
user@mydoamin send to user2@mydoimain -> disclaimer is nod added ?

Why is thats working ?
where is problem ?
