Mail alert to mail user

Hi,
I am using a postfix as MTA, Squirrel mail as a mail - client and
CyrUp and domain administration.

I would like a alert message to be sent the user who mail quota has
reached 90%.

Is there a method to implement the same in any of the above software.

My distribution is trustis.
