Selective non-delivery reports

I'm interested, if it is possible, to configure Postfix to selectively
accept messages for non-existent recipients and issue a non-delivery
report. The selection criterion should be the originating domain. Is
this possible? If so, can someone point me in the right general
direction? I'm not looking for a complete config (that would be
spectacularly unfair to ask), but just a nudge or two in the right
direction.
