Accept mail for any domain

Hello,

I have been looking through the documentation for postfix but have not
been able to find an answer to my problem.

I'm working on a project where all email must be piped to a script which
parses the mails (Setting up a pipe for test user was no problem). I
however need to parse email for any domain which MX record points to
this server - is this possible and how?
