Default Handling multiple domains

Hello,

I have postfix set up to manage 1 mail domain at present.

I now need postfix to:

Accept mail for a 2nd domain
Forward the mail for this new domain to a different mail server internally
(it's a Lotus Domino server but that shouldn't make any difference)

How do I do this with postfix?

Thanks
