virtual header_checks

Does anyone know a way of performing header_checks on a virtual domain
basis? I've set-up header_checks to REJECT mail from a given domain for my
domain but there are other domains on my server which may wish to receive
mail from this domain still.

Is there anyway that header_checks can be performed on virtual domain basis?
