configuring exim to work with outlook.

I have a small windows network with a debian server on
it. There is a computer that is using outlook that is
having problems. I am using a mail server outside
the network that uses pop3 and smtp to receive and
send mail.

I want to route the mail from the computer with outlook
through the debian server using exim, and then onto
the mail server outside the network. I want to do this
so I can trouble shoot the problem with outlook.
