Dear All,
We have an Exim server that we use for our main corporate mail traffic (POP / SMTP). I've just setup another server on our LAN that we have a specific for. Whenever I address mail to user.name@newserver.ourdomain.com or indeed user.name@192.168.x.x.ourdomain.com using the existing corporate Exim server as the SMTP relay, messages end up in the user's account on the _existing_ Exim server and not the new one. Very odd! Is there something in the conf on our existing Exim server that's spotting "user.name@<anything>.ourdomain.com and derlivering it to mailboxes on itself instead of the intended destination server? Incidentally the accounts "user.name" acocunts exist on both servers & both machines reside on the same subnet. Thanks in advance, Steve |
