mail server like a "browser"

hi all,
I use exim4 under debian testing and I ask for suggests for make that:

1) host> send a mail to a special user named "wwwagent" with subject
"http://www.kernel.org" (for example)

2) server> send the reply with the "http://www.kernel.org" page in the
main text (or attachment, or attachment zipped with images)

3) host> receive the mail and open it. end

in other option I want to send to "wwwagent" mail with subject of file,
like http://www.kernel.org/patch2.6.14.bz2

is possible in exim4?
