Default Setting up Catch-All

Hi there.

I'm new to the whole idea of using Linux as a server (previously a
Windows user but am converting for reliability and security reasons) and
I'd like to know if there is any way of setting up catch-all addresses
in Exim. I will have several domains pointing to the server as the
primary MX, and need a set up such as the following: (* being a wildcard
in this case)

*@domain1.tld to go to user matt
*@domain2.tld to go to user bob
*@subdomain.domain2.tld to go to user kerry

....and so on. Is there any simple and easy way to achieve this? I've had
a look through the documentation but to be perfectly honest it serves
only to confuse me and hasn't really helped much so far!

Many, many thanks in advance,
