No, but on my "home server", I configured exim4 to run spamassassin on every mail receiced via SMTP. IMO, the integration of bogofilter should work the same way as the integration of command-line virus scanners (e.g. f-prot) does. If "outgoing mail" means mails "received" by running the sendmail aka exim binary, what about a kind of "wrapper" that first feeds the mail to bogofilter -n and then passes it to sendmail/exim/whatever?
