archiving a single users mail

i have recently found need to monitor an account, and after reading all the
docs, i came up with this to be placed in the sytem filter :

if $header_from:<insert_users_name_here>
then unseen deliver monitor@my.domain
endif

of course i'll test it, but any advice would be appreciated...
