Hi John,
if you mean "use" then the answer is yes. Done that, it works. See the PHP
manual.
If you really mean "sue", then the answer is "Most likely not ..." :-P

Hi John,
it is not so difficult.

If I remember correctly, there is a standard installer for windows that
configs IIS for you.

The thing I also remember is that installer does not come with all
extensions.
Please check first.
