Web Developer based in the Crawley/Gatwick area Required.

We are an exciting and growing New Media Agency specialising in
eCommerce and CMS driven websites.

We are currently looking to recruit a middle-weight web developer
specialising in LAMP based environment. The ideal candidate should
have at least 2 years of commercial experience and must have proven
experience in the following areas:

1 - Developing eCommerce websites.
2 - Hand coding of PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS.
3 - Basic understanding of Javascript.
4 - Some experience with AJAX
5 - A understanding of usability and accessibility in websites.
6 - Good written and spoken English.

Apart from the above it would be useful to have the following skills:

1 - Experience with PHP/Flash integration.
2 - A creative eye and basic understanding of graphic packages like
Photoshop.
3 - An understanding of SEO principles.
4 - Client facing experience

You will be working from home and as such be expected to work without
supervision and work to deadlines. It will be necessary to attend
occasional technical/planning meetings as well as some client
meetings.
