Web Development Team Needed prefer Croatian or Eastern EuropeanTeam

US Based Internet development company seeking to establish an ongoing
relationship with one programming team. You must be able to develop database
driven sites from scratch. Experience in as many of the following areas as
possible is needed particularly PHP, ASP, Mysql, PostgreSQL & SQL Server.
Flash Actionscripting an added plus.

* Adobe Flash
* ASP/ASP.NET
* C/C++
* Coldfusion
* JAVA
* Javascript/AJAX
* PHP
* Python
* Ruby

Databases
* Microsoft SQL Server
* mySQL
* PostgreSQL

Compensation is $17.50 per hour per project. Currently we have one
particular project (large one) in which we need a working prototype by
January 15th.

Please send information on your team - number of programmers, skills and
reason we should begin a long-term business relationship. What we need most
of all is dependability and communications at all time. Must be on Skype as
well. Must speak excellent English.

With a compensation of a mere $17.50 (which in my country translates to
E13...) per hour you had better provide all equipment, both in hard and
software, including testing facilities, pay for any and all communication,
and provide excellent health insurance benefits.
