open file with PHP Designer 2007

In windows XP, I want to be able to click on a .php file and have it
opened in PHP Designer 2007,
Or right-click on it and have an "edit" menu option presented to me.
I know how to set windows XP to do this and (file options etc.) and
I know how to tweak the registry to do this in general, but this does
not seem to work with THIS program
