Hi all

I need to develop a web service that will be used by practically anyone to
integrate in their application/website

My question is whether a web service would be accessible to PHP developers?

That depends on the functionality, now, doesn't it?

A web service usually responds to HTTP GET requests. An average php
developer can form valid GET requests too.
