php framework or skeleton app recommendations

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a lightweight php framework, or possibly just a
skeleton application that I can use to build a really simple php app,
where the framework just handles user authentication, user admin, and
password reset. I and can just code up 1 page of php to display to the
logged in user?
