have force-download problem

Hi

I want to make a text (CSV) file downloadable and tried serveral
PHP Examples. all indeed forced the download of the file but they all
added headers INTO the file which make the file unusable.
Of course a rightclick is possible but the question remains if there
is a way to force a download without altering the downloaded file.
