to Red Cross - how do I know it's true?

How do you know united way is going to give your money to the needy, and

Why not ask Red Cross?

Wel i they are getting the creator of PHP to autograph the books im sure
that he would of looked for some assurances to that prcoeedings will goto
the charity in question...

.... but then again... who knows... so many scammers out there... id go with
