problem with php.net web site

Hi,

does someone have the same problem than me ???

It's several weeks that i try to register me on their mailing list but it does
not work.

I received emails concerning my registration demand...but even if i reply to it,
i'm never registered.

Regarding newsgroups server, it's the same...there is a time out really huge and
it does not allow me to post any message.
