PHP hosting.

Hiya guys, i need some advice on phpBB hosting on my webspace, i have been
told by second line support at blueyonder, that some people have managed to
get this to run on their webspaces, my question is... how do you get it to
run, what database are the servers running, and can anyone point me in the
direction of a server that can host phpBB for free or very cheeply. if the
blueyonder servers don't.
