PHP for IIS?

What's the best/easiest way to get PHP to work with IIS? I already have IIS
set up and have experience with ASP but I want to run PHP from this server
too. Is there any Windows Installers that automatically set PHP up for IIS?

To read the manual and do exactly as it says. First time
