im building/designing a site that has musicans profiles/band biographies on
it. I want to be able to have users submit their info through forms *which ive done*. I made it so the submited info shows up on a page alone so far..this is basically an index page with links to the bios/profiles. there are different fields in my form: name of musican, homepage, and biography. id like only the name to show up on one page and link it to the other content that was submitted in That form. so my question is: how do i make certain pieces of the content sumited in mySQL database to show up on certain spots on a page ( do i use a template, if so whats the php code to grab the content and place it in a certain place on a php page). And how do i have a piece of the conent submitted be clickable to view the rest of ITS content. I probably made this really confusing...but an example of what im trying to would be something like pureVolume.com. (ive seen things called "ID" used to make these type of pages....if that helps) thanx alot!! john |
