phpMyAdmin Can't create DBs HELP

Hi,

Been pulling my hair out and doing searches in google and reading the FAQ
out there but stumped.

PHP 4.3.2 installer for windows, MySQL 4.0.12, phpMyAdmin 2.5.0 all
installed okay and up and running.

Issue is that while I can see seem to have installed okay the

MySQL 4.0.12-nt running on localhost as PASSK\Master@localhost

page doesn't allow me to create DBs????

Create new database: [Documentation]
No Privileges



I do not know what to do. Any ideas how to fix it.



System is an XP pro box running IIS, I can access php pages, I can see and
manipulate existing tables just can't add new DB's.
