Know of a present list/gift registry/wishlist script?

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of a multiple user, present list script
whereby a user can sign up, put up a list of gifts they would like to
receive and be given a url which they can give to their friends who will
visit the site and choose which gifts they want to buy the lucky person?

Have searched high and low so any help gratefully appreciated.
