if you run a webserver just use a meta refresh tag and link to the image on
your box. You can also use java to load the image every min or whatevertime you need. If you are not running webserver you need to FTP image to webserver every x mins or secs. Have a look at the XP PowerToys. A webcam util is included now...

Wow that Powertoys page is pretty cool!!! Im not a big windows fan but there
are some cool apps and believe it or not they are FREE!!! Something free on a microshaft site thats odd.
