anyone familiar with oscommerce?

i need some help with oscommerce

specifically i need to be able to upload the file, to the download
folder, at the same time a product description is created and a couple
of other things

i've spent the last week searching around the oscommerce sites as well
as trying ot write it myself, which was a failure

if need be i'm willing to pay someone to get this working for me
