"Postfix, from userid 33" indicates that sendmail was called.
Another way would be to wrap the sendmail call with a script which
always adds headers.

Received: Headers have that info, example:

Postfix can add stuff like that to the headers:
smtpd_sasl_authenticated_header = yes
