Default EHLO HELO

Hi !

I have started getting HELO EHLO FQDN required errors from "SOME" sites
when sending mail.

I have included my postconf -n output below.

I have tried changing myhostname from server1 to
server1.thecompany.co.uk

this started giving me errors "mail loops back to myself"

What do I have to change to allow me to send to "problem" sites without
getting HELO EHLO FQDN errors

server1:/etc/postfix root# postconf -n
command_directory = /usr/sbin
config_directory = /etc/postfix
content_filter = smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
daemon_directory = /usr/libexec/postfix
debug_peer_level = 2
enable_server_options = yes
html_directory = no
inet_interfaces = all
mail_owner = postfix
mailbox_size_limit = 0
mailbox_transport = cyrus
mailq_path = /usr/bin/mailq
manpage_directory = /usr/share/man
mydestination = $myhostname,localhost.$mydomain,thecompany.co.uk,l ocalhost
mydomain = thecompany.co.uk
mydomain_fallback = localhost
myhostname = server1
mynetworks =
127.0.0.1/32,192.168.12.0/24,192.168.22.0/24,195.11.28.0/24,10.1.1.0/24
mynetworks_style = host
newaliases_path = /usr/bin/newaliases
queue_directory = /private/var/spool/postfix
readme_directory = /usr/share/doc/postfix
sample_directory = /usr/share/doc/postfix/examples
sendmail_path = /usr/sbin/sendmail
setgid_group = postdrop
smtpd_tls_key_file =
unknown_local_recipient_reject_code = 550

TIA

Tony
