Is there such a thing as a PCI card that you can plug into an old,
cast-off x86 box, to control 1 or more 110 Volt US power connections, to
get remote, IP-based power cycling of equipment at a low cost?

If yes, are there any that work with linux?

Perhaps better still, does anyone have a "do it yourself" website about
how to build one?
