Today I tried to sign a new X.509 certificate using openssl ca on my
Fedora Core 3 machine. I got an error:
failed to update database
TXT_DB error number 2
and no certificate was produced.

Have others seen this problem? I don't do this very often, so it might
have been going on for a while. I notice that I got an update to
openssl-0.9.7a-42.2 on October 14; perhaps this is related.

Anyone know what the error message is trying to tell me, or where I can
look it up? Any suggestions or workarounds welcome. Thanks.
