Would have been enough if you replied in a single newsgroup.

Once again, the script utilizes the first word before the first
"/" as any respectable newsreader does with no exception.

Feel free to fill in a bug report. I will not fix other apps
problems not using this common practice all other newsreader have
no problems with:

<progname>/<version> [whatever additional info]

If you take ca close look "G2/0.2", even Google follows this
perfectly, only Mozilla and to no surprise M$ seem to have this
"bug".
