if you did not us ethe www.opensa.org version then de-install
and re-install from there. I have XP home edition and had
Apache2 + perl5.8 + mod_perl up and running in just over
1 hour over a 150K line - a total of three commands :-)

Oh and a whole raft of modules including mod_ssl worked "out
of the can" God bless the opensa project - If I was being
paid a bit more frequently I would be able to donate to what
is very worthy effort...
