Now I'm thinking this is not a server /apache issue. If I try to reach
the page directly, it works fine. But if I try to reach it from
another page it doesn't work. The "other" page is a form that submits
via POST to the page that is causing problems.

The strange part is that these pages work perfectly in our test
environment.
